Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refund requests and cancellations may be accepted for paid financial education and coaching programs offered by Monoj Mandal.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or enrolling in the Financial Freedom Accelerator or any other paid coaching or educational program offered by Monoj Mandal.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to paid educational and coaching services offered by Monoj Mandal, including the Financial Freedom Accelerator and any future paid programs where this policy is expressly referenced.

Free webinars, including the Financial Freedom Blueprint, generally do not involve a purchase and therefore are not subject to refund processing unless a paid component is separately offered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Confirmed Refund Rule:

A refund request may be accepted if it is submitted before the official start of the paid program.

Once the paid program has started, the purchase will be treated as non-refundable.

The official program start means the scheduled commencement of the Financial Freedom Accelerator or another applicable paid program, including the first live coaching session or other clearly communicated start point.

3. Refund Requests Before Program Start

Customers who wish to cancel their enrollment and request a refund must submit the request before the official program start date.

Refund requests should include sufficient information to identify the purchase, such as:

  • Participant name
  • Registered phone number or WhatsApp number
  • Registered email address
  • Program name
  • Payment reference or transaction details, where available
  • Reason for the cancellation request, if the customer wishes to provide one

4. No Refund After Program Start

Once the Financial Freedom Accelerator or another applicable paid program has officially started, the enrollment will be treated as non-refundable.

This applies even if a participant:

  • Does not attend one or more live sessions
  • Stops participating during the program
  • Changes their personal schedule after the program begins
  • Decides not to continue after accessing program content
  • Does not complete assignments or educational activities
  • Does not achieve a particular personal financial outcome

Educational and coaching outcomes depend on individual participation, circumstances and implementation. No specific financial result is guaranteed.

5. Cancellation by the Participant

A participant may request cancellation of their enrollment at any time. However, refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation request is received.

If the request is received before the official program start, the customer may be eligible for a refund under this policy.

If the request is received after the program has started, cancellation may stop future participation, but no refund will ordinarily be due.

6. Missed Sessions

The Financial Freedom Accelerator is planned as a live online group coaching program.

Missing a live session does not by itself create a right to a refund, partial refund or fee reduction after the program has started.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the communicated program schedule and making reasonable efforts to attend sessions.

7. Change of Mind

If a customer changes their mind after purchasing but before the program begins, they may submit a refund request in accordance with this policy.

If the customer changes their mind after the program has started, the purchase will remain non-refundable.

8. Program Rescheduling

In reasonable circumstances, a program or session may need to be rescheduled due to technical, operational, health, availability or other legitimate reasons.

Where practical, participants will be informed through available contact channels.

A reasonable schedule change does not automatically create a right to a refund where the program continues to be delivered.

9. Cancellation by Monoj Mandal

If a paid program is cancelled entirely by Monoj Mandal before it begins and no suitable alternative arrangement is provided, affected customers may be offered an appropriate refund or another reasonable resolution.

The exact resolution may depend on the circumstances, payment status and whether any part of the service has already been delivered.

10. Payment Gateway Charges

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment gateway or payment service provider.

Where permitted by applicable law and payment-provider rules, payment gateway charges, transaction charges, platform charges or similar non-recoverable third-party costs may affect the final refunded amount.

Any applicable deduction should be communicated where relevant.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed using an available and appropriate payment method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer or other financial service provider.

Monoj Mandal cannot control delays caused solely by banks or third-party payment processors after an approved refund has been initiated.

12. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same intended purchase due to an apparent duplicate transaction, they should contact Monoj Mandal with the relevant payment details.

Verified duplicate payments may be reviewed separately from the ordinary cancellation policy.

13. Failed or Pending Transactions

If a payment shows as failed, pending or incomplete, customers should first review the status with their bank or payment service provider.

Enrollment or access may depend on successful payment confirmation.

14. Promotional or Discounted Purchases

Unless a specific promotion clearly states different terms, promotional, discounted or special-offer purchases remain subject to the same refund rule:

  • Refund requests may be accepted before the program starts.
  • Once the program starts, the purchase is non-refundable.

15. Transfer of Enrollment

Enrollment transfer to another person, another batch or another program is not automatically included as a customer right.

Any transfer request may be considered separately and remains subject to program availability, administrative feasibility and any applicable terms communicated at that time.

16. Educational Nature of the Program

The Financial Freedom Accelerator and related services are primarily financial education and coaching programs.

Refunds are not available after program start merely because a participant does not achieve a particular financial outcome.

No guaranteed income, savings level, debt elimination, investment return or financial independence is promised.

17. Exceptional Circumstances

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Exceptional situations may be reviewed individually where required by applicable law or where there has been a genuine billing or service delivery issue.
